Why we are building Nori.
Work is stressful, and often not because the work itself is hard. It is the chasing: who owes what, what changed, what got stuck, and who still needs to hear about it.
Our founder, Ale, spent 15 years as an architect, working on airports, fire stations and other places people depend on. Most of the job was not drawing. It was keeping everyone and everything moving together.
The work does not disappear. What gets lost is the story behind it. It lives in emails, chats and people’s heads, and a little more slips away every time something changes hands.
So we are building Nori to carry that weight. Nori notices what needs doing, keeps track until it is finished, and always asks before it acts. You stay in charge. You just stop having to chase.
We want people to end the day feeling calm, not behind. And we are building Nori together with the people who use it every day.
What we believe
Work should be calm. Good work does not need constant chasing. Nori keeps track of the loose ends so you can focus on the work itself.
Transparency over automation. You should always see what Nori is doing and why. Nori shows its plan first, and you can change it.
Our commitments
Your data stays yours. It is encrypted, never used to train AI models, and never shared or sold. You choose what Nori connects to, and you can disconnect it or delete your data any time.
Human in control. Nori shows its plan and asks before it does anything important.
AI that enhances people. Nori gives your team time back. It does not replace the people doing the work.
Built on feedback. We build Nori with the teams who use it, and we listen when something could be better.
Thank you for being here early.
Ale, Samu and Juli
