Referral terms
Last updated October 5, 2026. These terms are part of the heynori Terms of Service.
Who can take part
Anyone 18 or older who is on the heynori early access list or has a heynori account.
How it works
Introduce Nori to someone at another company by copying nori@heynori.ai on an email to them. When they join the early access list, by replying yes or by signing up with the same email, you move up the list, and they skip ahead too.
Bring three, get a month free
You earn one free month when 3 different companies you introduced each subscribe to a paid heynori plan. Introductions to people at your own company do not count. The free month is a credit equal to one month of the entry plan, at the price you pay, applied to your next invoice. This credit is an exception to the no credits rule in the Fees and Billing section of the Terms of Service.
One per company
Each company can receive one free month, ever. A company is identified by its email domain. Personal addresses, like Gmail or Outlook, count per person. Introducing people at your own company still moves you up the list, but does not count toward the three.
An example
Ana introduces Juan from a design studio, Luis from a construction company, and María from a marketing agency. All three join the list, and Ana moves up after each one. Later, all three companies subscribe to heynori. Ana’s next invoice gets a credit for one month of the entry plan.
How you will know
Nori emails you when someone you introduced joins, when three companies have joined through you, and when your free month is applied. Joining the list alone does not earn the free month: it is earned only when all three companies subscribe to a paid plan. The free month has no cash value.
Fair play
No self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts. The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may cancel credits obtained through abuse of these terms.
Early access
Moving up the list does not guarantee an invite date. This is an early access offer, and we may change or end it at any time. Free months already earned through a paid plan will be honored.
People you introduce
When you introduce someone, Nori writes to them once. If they do not reply, their email address is deleted within 60 days.
